“Through my work, it is my goal to support people to better understand themselves. When we build our self-awareness, we are better able to decide what we want from life, and to work out how to make that happen! I have learned that one of the best things we can do for ourselves is to be authentic and real, in every part of how we live our lives. In my world, there’s no fitting into the mold, there’s just ‘working out what’s right for me’.”
